1st half I agree with you.

But 2nd half with the high back line, high press was a big difference. He also learned that Wintle and Rinomhota have to start and that there is a decent player in Etete.

All is not lost yet but we need a result or two this week.

I can’t say I was excited when he was given the job, but I don’t think any manager could do much with this lot. We are in this position because of all the cost cutting of any quality we had, and replacing them with low end cheap freebies.

No question alot of these players aren't good enough but I think the board have hired the wrong man again. I'm not solely blaming Lamouchi I just don't think he's what we needed.

Let's be honest he hasn't picked the best side we could put out for the first 3 games.

First half yesterday Boro were walking through our midfield. We only improved 2nd half because they sat in and played on the counter which settled the game late on.

The constant picking of Sawyers who's legs have gone and in a midfield 2 with someone like Ralls is suicide.

I don't like to be negative but I have to be realistic aswell, since Lamouchi has come in he has doing nothing to persuade me that he's going to get a tune out of this lot and I can't see nothing else but relegation. I really hope I'm wrong.
