Cody Drameh chose Luton due to 'manager'
Cardiff City being stuck in manager limbo helped Cody Drameh make the decision to sign a loan deal with Luton Town.
It is understood that Cardiff came in late with a bid to get Drameh, who is the club's reigning player of the season, back for the second half of the campaign.
However, the Hatters won the race and Drameh admits that the manager played a part in getting him to Kenilworth Road. At the time, the Bluebirds were without a boss, having sacked Mark Hudson.
He told Luton Today: “There was a lot of interest in me and for me it was just weighing up the best option.
“It was just game time for me and choosing the club by the manager, those two things were quite a lot here, so I just chose it by the game time and then Rob Edwards as well.
“I really want to play and the manager showed he really wanted me to come here, so that’s a nice feeling as a player, that’s what made me come here.”
