Obviously Tan has decided that he wants to take charge of the recruitment ….of course we must have some employees who are advising. Choo and Dalman will do the paperwork and procedure.

THE MANGER IS NOT INVOLVED in the process .

I assume that the manager would discuss what he may need with Tan ….and then leave it to him to do what he wants. I believe that this is insane and very bad for the Club.

Tan really believes that he is very knowledgeable and able in football matters.

Some of the worst combinations in character a person can have is “arrogance coupled with ignorance”……. Tan is egotistical and believes he knows it all ….

This is his downfall ….. I hope that he does not bring us down with him.

Saying this for years....

Tan should have sold us on either occassion when we got promoted to the Premier League. When he didn't there was absolutely no way he would get his money back, especially when he started to back himself as manager, tactician, DOF...

I believe he is an egotistical nasty person who will now deliberately sink us as far down as we can go.
When he has done that he will be gone and the club ruined,he has enough money to not give a shit.
Complete megalomaniac.

One man cant run a club.A director of football was needed years ago .Its definitely a shambles now shame as the new manager seems to me to showing some good signs of being a good manager. You could have 40 new managers unless its fixed behind the scenes success will never happen for us .

Would not surprise me.

What Tan does not understand is that he can do as much damage as he wants but we will continue supporting the team and we will eventually drive him out.

Said this a while back and was told "don't be stupid he will lose money if we go down " well folks, money isn't everything to the rich but being made to back down by the poor is.
I defended Tan for a long time but have also harboured doubts since the return to blue and now it seems the birds are coming home to roost.

Well he’s going to take us down, and the club is not going to be worth as much as he hoped. I think personally it will be a real embarrassment for Tan and make him look like a failure.

I was thinking tonight our plight reminds me of The Alan Durban years in the 80s.
'I had a good career, a very good career, in football for 12 years,' said Durban.

'I felt I had done okay with Sunderland. I kept them up after they had been relegated under Lawrie McMenemy.

'Then I came back to Wales and it all went belly up.

'My time at Cardiff City was a disaster.

'They had sold the club's best four players, including the Bennett brothers, Dave and Gary, Jeff Hemmerman retired with a knee ligament injury and Bob Hatton had also finished
We are literally back where, we, started
