"It’s an unbelievable place Cardiff City," he said when asked about his first week in the job. "It’s a bad moment and bad situation but I’ve received a warm welcome from everyone.

"I really appreciate it. The club should be in another position but we have to change something. The results are what they are. Like the last one. I can’t complain about the players because they fight and they try.

"We compete. It’s difficult to play on the pitch at Luton. Maybe physically. Maybe mentally, we lost the game.

"The small details make the difference. We don’t have a lot of games, so we need to improve and be more focused. I want more quality. It’s not about quantity, it’s about the quality."

Personally in two minds about lamouchi,don’t know that much about him,he’s already said he had no involvement in the latest signing,has more or less said he wouldn’t really look at the free agents due to their lack of match fitness(new signing not played since November),would any manager half decent come here under the current board?

I have heard they are not looking for anyone else and sadly at the last moment after Lennon Peake passed his medical they suddenly tried to cut his wages in half, which were low anyway, Lennons Father was really upset and Lennon is back at West Ham, they chose Cardiff over 2 other clubs.

17 games is a lot of games I don’t agree we hardly have many games left.

The bloke has only had a week.. with a squad which is one of the worst in many years… if he keeps us up he will have done a flipping amazing job…

I agree with that,

This squad assembled was cheap and a lot of non quality players. It has 5-6 very good players plus Callum Robinson.

I for one will applaud him big time if he keeps us up.

Especially with the Regime he has above him.
