The Premier League wants the EFL to back massive changes to English football's loan system.

Clubs want to send virtually unlimited numbers of players on loan domestically.

The proposed changes would only apply to players under 21.

So the Premier league not satisfied with stealing all the young players from EFL clubs now they want to be in a position where they can charge the clubs for them loaning out the players that are in fact surplus to their requirements.
If they don't need them theirselves why sign them.

EFL clubs should say you want players loaned, you pay100% of wages and no fees.

Hope the EFL throw this out.
