FIGHT HARDER BUT RALLS NOT A CAPTAIN

A Captain needs to fight hard for his team encourage on the pitch push his team forward Ralls is so slow can't create anything and is no Captain. I Hope the new Manager after just one match can see the scivers in the side. Ralls seems to drag all the players down to his level. Wintle seems to drop off every time he plays with Ralls. Simpson useless Ojo OK when running with a ball as long as no one tries to tackle him. Defence in general quite steady. Robinson gives his all. Harris still a headless chicken and Colwill still has problems trying to stand up. This team needs sorting out before it's to late I really hope the new Management Team can do it.

Completely agree on Ralls.

Start of the season with Rinomhota and Wintle we were moving the ball quickly, plenty of legs in midfield.

Once Ralls came back we lost the legs and don’t move the ball quickly enough. I’m hoping the manager has realised that but the team selection last night might indicate otherwise.

Maybe this was Sol Bambas decision as he knew him before but he needs to accept Ralls is way past his sell by date. Ralls would be better placed as left back (in the dressing room) sorry never have rated him no one ever came in for him in all the years he has Been with the Bluebirds sent out on loan a few times but did not improve him. Passes the buck to often puts pressure on other players to create chances cannot create anything going forward likes to pass back all the time. As long as he is playing the team will get nowhere. He's had his time should have moved on before now but no one wanted him so he wangled another contract taking the place of another player who could have done a much better job for us .

Unfortunately JR is past his best and the injuries have taken the toll on his game.

Agree completely. Ralls does not fit the idea of counter attacking quickly. The frustrating thing is that lots of championship defenders would struggle with skilful players running at them.
We want players to be braver.

Hard to argue with any of that. What annoyed me most about last night is the amount of times we were pushed off the ball.

We've gone from one of the most physical sides in the league to this powderpuff outfit.

Robinson and O'Dowda are the only 2 attacking players we have that can cut it in this division. I really hope Kaba is the answer to our goal scoring problems otherwise we are going down.

Really hoping our new striker does a good job for us. When we have a full fit squad and don't have to play certain players who are to slow and able to play players on their right positions things will improve. Fingers crossed our new Manager will get it sorted out. Maybe a free agent or two to put some pressure on players under performing would help. I really can't see even with our form being relagated

I think our midfield will soon be Adams and Wintle, with Rinamotah on the bench, and Ralls will probably leave. been a great servant, cannot of been easy to be seen as the replacement for whitts. he's too slow, and hasn't got that final pass in him to cut a team open, and always looks likely to get a yellow card
