There are many players that are free without a club and we can sign them after the window closes, so do not be surprised if we do sign someone

Thats probably true but we are playing games in january and loosing
and we could also have brought in players earlier given our current circumstances
rather than the last day in january.

Sabri when asked about transfer window:

To be honest I love CCFC and obviously really hope we stay up but that window in reality was shambolic. We are not getting battered by teams which tells me we are just lacking that creative spark and someone who can put the ball in the net. Hope the new guy does well but we haven't exactly signed a Michael Chropa on loan like back in day looking at stats but you never know. When we struck deals with Man Utd etc.. for our youth players should of asked for a favour in return a u23 on loan etc.. Championship status surely worth more than 1m fee. Are big clubs reluctant to loan us players now?

It's what you call scrape the barrell for penny's stuff that's why only one player come in and tbh once again it's the commitee who have made this signing not the manager as its all about penny pinching currently which don't help as we on the way down otherwise unless by some miracle the new manager keeps this team up. So the Jury is out.

Not sure lamouchi let them choose the striker, I think they were already after him and he was the 9 Whitehead was on about. That's not saying they didn't pick him though.
The timing of appointment was terrible, didn't give him time to identify who he wanted and try get
