Custody battle in court

Tue Jan 31, 2023 11:51 pm

So today there was a full custody hearing in Cardiff Crown Court, a 14yo was abused by his mother and father, when the judge asked why he was hit he said his parents were always in a bad mood and took it out on him with beatings, the judge looked at the social worker and said ok I award custody to your aunt…. The boy gave out a whimper and said please judge no she beats me worse than my parents do.

Upon hearing this the judge rifles through the paperwork to see what other family the boy has…. Ok ok said the judge I award full custody to your grandparents… the boy cry’s out no judge please no!!!

The judge again looks at the lad and asks why not, because judge they beat me even worse than my aunt and parents do. The judge looks at him and asks why… I don’t know judge it must run in the family.

At this point the judge has exhausted all avenues except social services… the boy asks the judge can I pick who has custody of me please….

The judge was taken aback by this request but dutifully obliged the young boy, who do you want to have full custody of you then son?

The boy replied…. Cardiff City please judge, they can’t beat anybody at the moment
