Ken would be better than no one. He does have some useful attributes especially a bit of pace and holding the ball up to bring others into play. He is frustrating tho. There's a good player inside him I've always believed it's confidence. We've all seen what he's capable of on his day. I was happy to see him go but right now I'd be happy to see him back. We actually got promoted with Ken and had a good crack at the Premier league. That harshly disallowed goal away to Sheff Wed's was a belter. He's got it in him he needs motivation and more self belief. For free and low wages I'd take him back.

And so do i. Nothing to lose. I will always remember the way he bullied the Villa defence the year we went up including John Terry and was very good at Man United the last day of the season when the pressure was off. Presumably if he has been released we could sign him after the deadline day.
