Question on Lifting Embargo?

What will enable us to have the embargo lifted so we can actually sign players with fees all proper? Whats the deal ive seen about we will now have the embargo in place for 3 years or something? Does that mean only loans and frees lamouchi can bring in for 3 years?

Embargo is technically lifted. Its a 30 day warning we failed. Im assuming that is also a 30 day window.
So essentially next window all ok

Well be nice if we can sign players in the summer window. Unless we dont pay the next instalment of sala fee if anyone knows when thats due to be paid?
