"It's probably a game that typifies our season really, a lot of good play and get in good areas and the final pass, the final cross or final finish has just not been there.

To be fair to Whitehead he picked the right side today and made the subs at the right time too. Whoever takes charge needs new players and a proven striker in the next ten days. The manager is frankly irrelevant as no one will keep us up with the current squad. No chance.

Dean Whitehead has been onto a hiding to nothing with what he has inherited. Fair play to him he has acted accordingly and I hope he remains at the club.
