MY VIEW:TO BE FAIR CITY PLAYED QUITE WELL YET AGAIN

MY VIEW:TO BE FAIR CITY PLAYED QUITE WELL BUT YET AGAIN CITY FAILED WHERE IT MATTERS UPFRONT & YET AGAIN ANOTHER HOME DEFEAT.

Cardiff tried but just never had anything in the final 3rd.

Millwall were poor.

CARDIFF CITY NEED AN EXPERIENCED MANAGER ASAP.

Yet another defeat as winless run stretches to 11 matches

Our fans deserve much better and this Regime at this rate will take City down.

A SECTION OF CITY FANS PROTESTED BEFORE THE GAME & RIGHTLY SO ( Approx 250 ).

In the ground loud and clear Fans Sang Vincent Tan get out of our club.

Cardiff’s record on the pitch under Tan is our worst in 120 years.

Dean Whitehoud took control once again of the team, Cardiff’s 3rd manager this season.

FIRST-HALF:Cardiff started badly hardly getting the ball out if their half. Eventually Cardiff took control , but the same old story against the run of play Millwall scored as Cardiff’s defence were all over the place.

SECOND-HALF: Cardiff we’re by far the better team. At stages played really well and for me Millwall were quite poor.

City fans were leaving in there drives after 80 mins

Millwall fans were left just celebrating

Clearly clearly we need an experienced manager .
Yet we are prepared to give an inexperienced manager a run by the sounds of things .
We deserve what's coming in my opinion. No sympathy

Played well? That was mainly down to Millwall asking us to break them down once they took the lead. We came nowhere near breaking them. That was a walk in the park for the Bushwackers.

Only good thing about that game was the fans singing "Vincent Tan get out of our club". That proves its not just this forum that is pushing that.

Credit the players for trying but we will be relegated this season. We are completely finished. Who ever takes over now will not turn that team round unless there is miracle and we sign a number of quality players. It wobt happen. We need to plan for league one quickly and there needs to be a concerted effort to remove Tan from our club. He is a disease that is slowly destroying us.

What is so frustrating is that we defensively are pretty mean. It's ridiculous how many 1 nil defeats we've had this season. I've resigned myself to 1. Whitehead getting the job and 2. Relegation, but if we could just get the lift of a couple of bodies, the boost we could get. Games are slipping away and we will be marooned in the bottom 3 soon.

I didn't think we played well either. We wouldn't have scored if this game carried on until tomorrow. Disjointed, no confidence, no direction, very little quality. Looking extremely grim aw the new manager has a bunch of journeymen and poor loan signings to work with

Cardiff’s record on the pitch under Tan is our worst in 120 years.

Can't see that we've been in the premier league twice first time for 50 years, plus years spent in third and fourth division before Tan.

Obviously, I want an experienced capable manager and I am not advocating Whitehead.
BUT in my opinion we looked a better balanced team today, and in the second half we played the best football since before Hudsons appointment. A big improvement.(Although Philogene is too lightweight for me).
In the 2nd half Etete did well. But when all is said and done, we still lost.

We did not play well. Dreadful goal to give away, and Millwall goalie did not have to do 1 save.

We were awful again.

We look like a team destined to go down.

Millwall not much better but we hardly tested the goalkeeper in the second half.

I'm very worried.

I don't agree we were awful and thought we were better than we have been with Hudson on charge. Thought the players did put the effort in. It's the quality upfront is the problem. No natural goal scored. Although kipre had a mare today.
It's mad how we all see a game differently

It was clear since the start of the season we have no attacking threat. Morison tried to address that by bringing Robinson in, but when asked to cut the wage bill and nobody else wanting to buy any of our players, it's difficult to wheel and deal to get funds to bring genuine quality in.

Morison had to assemble a squad of free transfers. He was doing his best and I think it was the wrong decision to sack him. We've fallen towards relegation since with a cheaply put together squad and cheaply appointed managers.

Everything has been done on the cheap under an owner who won't invest, showing no ambition. Clearly, Tan needs to pay out on a good manager and give that good manager funds to strengthen our struggling squad, but I doubt that will happen. I'm fearing the worst now.

We are frauds.A sad Swansea tribute act.

Kieffer Moore or Hugil in that team and we are mid-table probably outside the playoffs. The naive fantasy of passing to to sleep to score the perfect goal to keep the FIFA 22 and Opta stats mob happy has killed us. Our passing is so laborued its embarrassing, always backward which snubs any counter

A proper manager, who the players listen to, with a game plan and we can still be mid-table.

The squad is just as imbalanced as the last three seasons. A L1 physical presence up top and we'll be OK. Etete is not ready for the role. We are treating him as one of our kids and as long as he doesn't fcuk up he did brilliantly. He barely contributes. Robinson wants to roam, Davies is a wide forward, Philogene is with us for a reason but still little end product.

This is athletically the poorest team i can remember and we are not that technical either.

We need a pragmatist, and very quickly.

We can pass the ball to feet after years of lump ball .But it's just going through the motions as we offer little goal threat.its looks close as we lose but usually just by the odd. goal a bog standard league 1 side playing it's last few games in the championship

Absolutely spot on.

It’s frustrating that we keep narrowly losing to teams that are no better than us. I’m still not sure whether it’s a chance creator or a new striker we need!

I’m pretty sure these players are good enough to keep us up but we need an experienced and motivated manager to get us through.

Forget the board and the owners - let’s get fully behind the team :bluebird:

Hard to disagree with any of this.

All I'll add is that without a Moore or Hugill we are going down.. doesn't matter who the manager is, a pragmatist or not.

Realistically even if tan sells it will take months to go throug. So for now we need to hope tan is keen enough to stay in the league and gets us someone that knows what they are doing and bring us some decent players to balance the squad and address some weaknesses

We need a new manager YES.

But this game proved to me its more than just the manager. We need new players upfront who are classy enough to put the ball in the net cos this bunch cant as proved today. Better side just cant score. Etete Ojo Philogene need to be replaced or we r going down

Re: MY VIEW:TO BE FAIR CITY PLAYED QUITE WELL YET AGAIN

We have got worse since Morrison has been sacked beginning of the season we played well but just couldnt score but we got robinson in and Morrison left in strange ways mainly Tan got involved.

Tan is our problem not his money his interference in the football if a manager stands up to him like Morrison they are gone Tan is a big problem he thinks he knows more than the managers why most decent managers will not work for him.

Looking at Dalman and what he had to say only confirms this. Tan is a major problem if he just trusted managers and put his money in we would be in the prem but because he thinks he is a football genius and he is Mr Rich he controls to much or wants too. He is sadly the problem he took us down from the prem with malky and he will take us down to league 1 now.

Well done to the supporters today it was a hard watch and fair play they booed but not the players and the players going round clapping the crowd and the supporters doing it back proved that
