Agree, as bad as the performance was Whitehead obviously had more than one eye on the next league fixture and I'll be gobsmacked if many of the starting eleven are named in the next league match.

The way our club is run, I expect the new manager to be appointed just before the the transfer window closes, giving him no chance of bringing in the quality we require to ensure safety in this division.
If the club decided a new manager was needed, he should have been named in December giving him the whole month to recruit new signings. (whether they cost money or not)
I expect the usual last minute desperate loan signings will arrive and we all hope the new manager will work miracles with the squad he inherits!
