Vincent Tan & Mehmet Dalman want an experienced manager at Championship level according to head of sport Paul Abbandonato.

Abbo has tweeted this, but I had a good chat with him yesterday and according to Abbo, Dalman has stated Tan will not rush in to a new manager as he would rather wait and find a manager who has kept clubs up in the Championship and also has been around a number of years in the Championship.

Even if it means current interim manager Dean Whitehead has to stay on for a number of games.

Also, the Luton game off gives them an extra week doesn't it, if Cardiff lose to Leeds, So Whitehead gets Leeds and Millwall, maybe a new man in then???

Look would you want to pay out and lose nearly 20 million pound and have nothing to show for it ? , the club fought the Sala money all the way but this month had no option but to try and get it lifted this isn't monopoly money its real money , they paid it to get the ban lifted .

We don't have time for messing about. We are in the January window just above the relegation zone we need to act fast. Should of had a plan in place already. In my opinion the lowest risk is Warnock till the end of the season hopefully stay up and then line someone new for the following season if they want to take their time over it. I think Neil would give players a kick up the ass and will have contacts for loan players till the end of the season. To me that's the lowest risk if Neil would take it as we have relegation staring us in the face.

I thought I read somewhere that they’d talked to Warnock and he’d turned them down. Personally my opinion it would be a backward step but if it kept us in the championship then it’s better than nothing.

Whilst this decision can't be rushed. Time is ticking. Every game that passes is 3 points less to play for. It's clear we need strengthening and the window will be shut soon.

Another Tan bullshit delay tactic in paying for a new experienced expensive manager.

Pay £5+ million to get a transfer embargo lifted then sack your manager half way through the window with no plan in place to replace him giving the new manager when he is eventually appointed no time to get any new players in
