PROTEST THIS SATURDAY

Tue Jan 17, 2023 4:49 pm

All Cardiff fans, turn up in your numbers Saturday bring your tan out/board out whatever banners you want to bring. Something has got to be done otherwise the board will keep this circus continuing changing a manager every 6 months and going for the cheap option constantly with no long term solution. Everything is being made up as it goes along so every Cardiff fan we need TAN OUT banners and chants in the stadium. This is the only way something will happen. Every other club does it why can't we? Were to soft!

I suspected this which is why I didn't take part.

Expect bigger and better organised protests later this season and into next one's League One season which I will back.. think that a lot of others feel the same.

Relegation and promotion are part of football life, its the piss-poor attempt at managing the club that grates me.

This idea that we are basically taking someone off the streets (in footballing terms) to manage a £100 million business is plain crackers.

I got Slade, knew why he was doing it, and suffered like a good fan. I got what we tried with Trollope who had managed at lower levels and Vinny wanted a bit of that summer of 2016 magic, Vinny did the correct thing then hired Warnock.

When Warnock bought poorly and walked, I got Harris, when that went awry, i got Mad Mick......Then thinking a total rookie could change the style of play with a new squad of players recruited within a very tight salary budget was plain crazy, then promoting his equally inexperienced number 2 was again daft.

The squad is poor, shallow, and lacking the big-buck players up top you need in the championship.

A good managerial appointment may allow us a lifeline to finish 21st, but if thats Vinny's ambition then he is going to lose a lot more in the long term.

Protests are pointless (IMO) it makes you feel better, but its the money that makes decisons, not my views, protests or chants.

Yes and no. I don't lose a penny if we go down. I buy a season ticket and that's me done. I have never supported any other club since my first proper game in 82. But, I have bowed out for a decade as I found other things to do. That is still an option as it is for most.

Vinny is the fat useless rich kid with the posh leather football, its his ball, he has to play, he has to take the corners, free kick and penalties, we have no other options.

If we go down with a plan, proper managers and coaches then i am cool with L1. My issue is Vinny is the DOF, CEO and FD and he has proven he is useless. He either has trust issues, which may be understandable with all that's gone on in 12 years, but a decent structure would have stopped or this reaaly is his toy and he thinks he may be good at it.

Sheik Mohamed of Dubai used to own one of the biggest horse stables in the world at Newmarket. He had a trainer, but everyone knew he thought he was this supreme horseman and he really was the trainer but wouldn't have the indignity of having to get a license. His amazing bloodlines never really fulfilled their potential until he started sending horses outside stables again, and then they were dominant.

I think Vinny thinks its his toy and he knows best. If this is the case then i am done, because its soul destroying. But I think the potential loss of money will make him rethink and get a proper "fcuk off" manager.

Yes well of late the mindset of Vincent Tan needs to be questioned.

The Ben Turner podcast proved that Tan picked the team during Ole time and now we have had the Peltier interview where it was claimed Tan believed throwing rice beans on the pitch would win us games. Next we will have Dai as manager.

Ian,

Your wasting your time.

As he says he does not lose a penny if we go down.

Let’s see our home crowds then?
Let’s see how easy it to go back up?
Let’s see how the debt is then?
