Appoint an experienced manager and director of football who have a clear vision of where they want the club to be. Then let them manage without interference, you might just see a vast improvement!

Ian Evatt- Bolton Wanderers is a fit as Fxxk Unit and wouldn’t take any shit and has a good track record as an up and coming manager.

More basic than that, appoint the very best Manager you can afford, and the rest will just fall into place, I can't understand it, does he have shelf fillers Managing his retail businesses?
