MY THOUGHTS: WHAT IS CARDIFF UP TO? WHY SACK HUDSON?

Sun Jan 15, 2023 2:39 am

MY THOUGHTS:

This club is in need of stability and sacking a 2 managers in a season cant be good for any club let alone a club like Cardiff. Fans on this forum have been slating Hudson for doing his job. He is an inexperienced manager who is a coach at best, and all he needs is someone who is experienced in this league alongside him. Now this club DID have that person in Steve Morison but sadly shown the door and left Hudson on his own with the lack of managerial experience he has got.

Now yes he has been poor but only because he has no one helping him like what Steve Morison did. Steve Morison had experience in the under 23's team of. Cardiff and was on a winning run hense the reason he went onto being the cardiff manager, with Hudson as coach.

So this could be the moment that could send us down but because teams below have been poor and cardiff drawing all the time, this means that cardiff have gained a bit of a gap. So whoever replaces Hudson it wont be an easy task for him and dont expect anyone experienced because they would cost money. So the club probably would look into League 1/2 manager instead.

But as always this is just my thoughts. ;)
So dont bite my head off and dont delete this post. :ayatollah:

Delete, delete, delete.

Morison had been a manager for less than a season so wasn’t really experienced was he?

Dave Jones next please.

Agreed Steve Morison wasnt vastly experienced. Although he did have the players on board for a certain amount of time.

Cannot stress enough how we need a more experienced manager IE your Wilders, Warburtons, Houghtons etc.
Ive not long started a topic which involves asking for people's view on going down the foreign route. Someone like a Jokanovic.

But if we were to look at leagues under us, I think Steven Schumacher at Plymouth needs to be the kind of guy we should look at. It would be hard to tempt him here let's not kid ourselves but money (which is there) talks.
