So many things wrong again today, team selection lack of fight 1st half especially. But the lad Etete my God if we think he's going to score the goals to keep us up we are doomed.

The service he had was awful and the scraps he had he did well with.

Seriously, if this was a u21 from the academy and not one of the few fees we paid in the summer he'd lucky to get game time at York.

We are in a fight for survival now; and crucifying players unduly is not the order of the day...!

Got to agree with you both.
I get us fans can voice our opinion but slating players and even worse booing them at the stadium really isn't helping or showing support.

In most cases you get what you pay for another example to date. It's what we got

I think etete will be a very good player for us he’s still young and learning the game and I thought he did well when he came on yesterday but I think he should have started the game and Harris should be on the bench

What find frustrating is we attack get right into the position to whip the bill into the box for our strikers to attack but no not our players they turn back pass the ball backwards and start again how are our strikers supposed to score if the balls are not coming into the box for them to get on the end of etete against villa was excellent because the wingers we had that night were crossing the ball in to the box looking for him we haven’t had that since

Let us be really honest here, The Villa game was an exhibition match. We are talking about our imminent championship future, so four months.
Is this lad going to improve enough to lead the line in the championship?
He may do in three or four years, but how many 20-year-old target men are even playing their trade in the EFL. These types of players often need to drop out of the EFL to develop their game at a lower level.

He is not very good in the air, not quick, weak against championship center halfs, and doesn't end up in space. What does he excel at ?

This is a poor squad and Etete was supposed to be a project, i think its unfair to expect him to carry the load, we need two old-school bruisers otherwise its L1 here we come.
