Our defence fell apart today so our defence is not good but we have no leaders Ralls is not a leader and is not good at the moment we needed a leader and maybe Morrison should have been kept for that especially with a weak manager like Hudson who is a managers assistant at best.

We need a good manager who can turn these players into a tough team as now we are a small weak team who cannot score im not saying a lot of these players can be good but we need a few tough players and we need a strong captain Ralls has to be dropped a nightmare to watch now sadly.

If Tan goes cheap with a manager now we are league 1 he pushed his luck in the last few years now this is late so we need to get a experienced and strong manager

The fact remains. He'd be another Nelson. Great leader. Can't pass a ball. Lovely in the tackle and blocks with body and heart on the line. We don't cross for him to attack any corners. We need better ball players.
