a payment agreement has been agreed
and the embargo has been lifted ?

You do know that is this forum right? I expect this rumour is nothing more than that, and that there is no payment plan and the embargo will still be here this time next year if our club even exists in its current guise. I'd be delighted to be proved wrong mind.

At the moment this is totally a rumour and was not said at the meeting.
I personally do not believe it at all.

I'm with you Annis, I suspect whomever started this story yesterday is talking BS. I don't think it was this board BTW, I think it was individuals who got excited by messages started on Twitter.

I saw Tony put it out , Kieron Jones from the Supporters club , had originally put it out, so not sure if he copied him.
But I am led to believe the rest of those at the meeting denied it was said??
