I would like to attend the meeting, I am not sure if I would be permitted, however my question comes in 2 parts
1. Have Cardiff City/Vincent Tan have the means to pay the Sala monies in the next month?
2. Have Cardiff City/Vincent Tan got a realistic plan to resolve this crisis if not are we facing administration
A straight answer is required on both

(1) Can DALMAN confirm that Tan will continue to support the Club financially no matter what ?Irrespective of where we are in the league and irrespective of the situation with the payment to Nantes if we have to pay it ?
(2) Can he explain the transfer embargo very clearly ! Where we are ? + what can we do about it ? + what result do we expect ?
(3) Rumor is that Tan really wants to sell the Club and that he Dalman is very much involved and is talking to agents and middlemen ….and prospective buyers.
(4) rumor is that he (his company) is owed £30 million which is a big jump from the last accounts . Is this true ? Does it mean that he now has far more influence over Tan than before ?
(5) Suing the insurance broker seems a bit far fetched looking from the outside ….. are we now clutching on straws ?
(6) could we be suing other people or companies over the Sala thing ?
(7) Hudson’s pisition safe ?
(8) When is our appeal to the Swiss Federal Court being heard …….and what are the consequences if things go against us ?
(9) There are well founded rumors that you are tired from being Chairman and have been so for some time … but that you are only continuing to do it because of your relationship with Tan and as a favor to Tan … albeit for a financial consideration .
(10) Tan said he has committed over £200 million . If you add your loan plus other loans plus normal trading creditors plus the Nantes payment (if we are forced to pay it) ……. The total can be well over £250 million more like £300 million .
This is really all Tan’s personal exposure and responsibility .
What is the real figure ? How concerned are you ?
Regarding the embargo .
Ok so FIFA say 3 window embargo .
Does that mean if we pay Nantes the embargo will be lifted (as per the EFL rules ). If so then it makes no sense at all to have 1 ,2,3 or any number ie window embargo …..
if we pay the embargo is off ….if we don’t it stays ….. there is no significance for the 3 . Your explanation may be right but appears to be incomplete.

Nearly everyone going to the meeting either has an office there or a job there or need the club for things.
It should be a couple of hundred season tickets holders and an amicable meeting.
Let’s just see if these questions are answered.
Keith Morgan, Corky , Vince and even Dalman have all of these questions.
Plus all the reporters

Some great questions in there, Annis![]()
Sadly, as stated above, all the invited have a vested interest in not upsetting the apple cart by asking such sensibly relevant and pertinent questions
It's disappointing but I guess when the club are picking and choosing their verbally non-confrontational audience (I note Dibs was not invited again) to listen rather than question, it becomes a press release rather than a meeting
Be interesting to see what comes out of it but looks like 'spin' will be King (again)
