We sent first team squad player Max Watters out on loan to League 1 Barnsley, Cardiff are still not allowed to bring a replacement in.

FIFA says 3 transfer window embargo . EFL says embargo is open till Cardiff pay up . Which one ? Please explain !

I believe we have a 3 window ban until its been paid (but I believe its till its paid in full due to the payment plan being breached) .
Its a minefield at the moment.

no disrespect but not many on here actually.know the rules the trust has.put.on facebook exactly what the.embargo rules are
