The fans are entitled to know very clearly if Tan will continue to back the Club financially irrespective of our league status (Championship or 1st Division) which he always promised and even if we are forced to pay Nantes in full !!!


Tan has confirmed that he has already committed over £200 million . He also has to pay Dalman and other creditors as well as probably Nantes …. (these are very substantial sums).




On top of that we are also losing quite a bit of money on monthly basis in normal trading ….not to mention the ongoing court cases’ cost.


Significantly , Dalman has openly stated that the Club are unable to settle the Nantes money….if we have to, due to the club now having no money or any put aside as promised.

We also know that Tan’s family are not happy with the money he is throwing at the Club.

That is why we want to have assurances - right NOW - that Tan is firmly behind the Club NO MATTER WHAT !!!

Tan has always stated he would leave Cardiff City a better club than what he inherited, is that still the case?



DALMAN has a duty to us fans , the footballing world and creditors … to make such a statement in order to alley the justified fears of the fans !





I do not really know and am not qualified to confirm ….. but I believe that possibly as a Director , Dalman is required to himself have such assurances from Tan - otherwise he will either have to resign or to call for an insolvency administrator !?




In conclusion , we are in a bad way financially as well as on the pitch and we want assurances that our Club is safe financially.

WHOSE EMBARGO ? :


It appears that we are under two different embargoes that work differently . Is that the case ? How can they be lifted ?


We know that we are under a FIFA 3 window transfer embargo .


We also know that we are on an ‘open’ EFL embargo (CCFC’s name appears on their embargo web site).




We know that the EFL embargo can be lifted IF we pay Nantes ‘IN FULL’ meaning ALL three payments . However the very important question is :


“Can the FIFA embargo be lifted or is it cast in stone “? I am told that ….it can’t be lifted except if our present appeal to the Swiss Federal Court (SFC) succeeds . To succeed it means that the SFC must overturn both the FIFA ruling as well as the CAS court ruling …..



I believe that the chances of that succeeding are very low to none .



Naturally we fans are extremely concerned and the Club must explain the whole situation to us TRUTHFULLY !

It's not sticking up,its a fact that only a couple of weeks ago the club made a statement and tan done and interview,no other club in the world makes a statement every week or gives a running commentary to its fans ! .we get it you hate the board every day you say.i agree some sort of communication on the embargo of staffing up issue should be made to stop all the rumours.

So we have learnt over the last couple of months that our debt is not all owed to Tan but £30m is owed to Dalman. If Tan is to keep to his promise that he will leave us debt free or in good shape then I would like to know how he is going to do that.

I fear he is going to be around for a long long time as I believe if anything Tan can manage this debt after cutting our costs. If so the only question I will ask is what League will we be playing in.

I've had alot of time for tan uptill now.
They've said they had money put aside at the beginning of the season.... Clearly that isn't the case.
He said he would leave us in better sted. The only positive is the majority of the debt is owed too him. But all that is happened is hes taken over a club who was year after year play offs or there abouts to be fighting to stay up 2 years in a row.
This is down to miss management from the top.
Also the fact we have a fifa ban.... The club is currently in a worse state now than when he took over.

He needs to either 1. Sell up 2. Invest some real money again and pay sala fee (then fight it with the insurance company etc) . There's no two ways about it.

December 20th the club met with the supporters Trust, supporters club and other supporters it was put all over the Internet the minutes of the meetimg nothing has changed since then that are the facts! . This daily call for statements is a bit pathetic tbh and tiresome nothing more can be said , Keith Morgan had put a statement out over the embargo on there website today .

The situation gets worse by the day, there's no time to sit on your laurels, before you know it, it will be too late, it may already be.
