RED WALL MEMBERSHIP & EURO 2024 DIGITAL CAMPAIGN TICKET

Hi,
Just before Xmas I bought online my Red Wall Membership and a Digital Campaign Ticket for the 2024 Euros. I also did the same for my 2 adult daughters and their sons.

I am a first time user of this FAW system and have also got my app account as have my daughters and their sons.

To date I've received nothing to my app - no membership card or campaign ticket. However both my daughters and their sons have received a text to their mobiles from FAW directing them to their app accounts where they have each found a QR Code

Can someone please put my mind at rest and explain the whens and hows I will receive my membership card and Campaign ticket and what the QR Codes received by my daughters and their sons relate to?
