Surely a full season in L2 is best for him rather than a bit part as another defensive midfielder

I read it like he was getting sent back to us, not that we were recalling him. Leave him where he is for the experience. We've got enough CM with Adams coming back as well.

I can't see him coming back, as it would take our squad up to 23 players again. Hudson was quoted stating it would be good for his development to stay at one club, where he has to work his way into the team over a period of a season too.

Cant get in the Crewe team - so not good enough for us
