Tan sacked Steve Morison who Hudson was learning from. And after Steve got the boot then Hudson is left to manage without the managerial skills going foreward. Steve Morison was guiding Hudson into a better coach while of course learning for himself. He cant just jump from a learning coach to a full time manager.

Not Hudson's fault he just need the guidance and to learn from another experience manager.
