"I look up not down and there isn't much between the teams at the top and where we are.

"They are a good side, and they came into the game on a high after their 1-0 win at Preston. We went toe-to-toe with them and we're disappointed not to have come away with three points.

"Kion Etete had two good chances and Callum O'Dowda had another right at the end. We just need a bit more belief in front of goal.

I hope it comes right for him - but I fear he hasnt 'got it' when it comes to managing a team or maybe we just dont have the players to create or finish. It's the extra 1% that makes the difference and we are a few off that unfortunatley.

I remember when Warnock came in - we were in the bottom 3, no clue on the pitch, no confidence either, yet within a few weeks we were hard to beat, we battled for everything on the pitch, he had the crowd going nuts and you could see the players gaining confidence and a willingness to win every game.

So maybe it's just personality and leadership. The players seemingly believed in him. Maybe they dont believe in themselves anymore - and there isnt the leadership to get them out of it.

Let's be honest - if Hudson was at any other club - he'd maybe have 2 games left.

It's pretty clear he's here for the season and if things havent changed by the end of Jan - we are in for a relegation scrap - and this one could be where our luck runs out

Three managers in a year is not a good look for any club. Nobody of any note whatsoever would come here if it looks like the fans could get him the sack sharpish if he didn't turn us around in 5mins.

Fans can get any manager at any club sacked if put enough pressure on the board or owners.. that's if they care what fans think of course?
