We played well BUT we have nothing at the end of it. No one who can finish, no one who is 'target man', and when we do get a chance to get a shot away - it's off target or just lame.

The end result if this form continues / points per game continues will be relegation - unless we find 3 teams worse than us. Give us another 3-4 weeks and we will be bottom 3 And what makes things even more frustrating a 3 window ban means Hudson cant change it around (and Im nor entirely confident he could do even if he had funds)

Don't think the strikers are the issue. It's the final ball and the movement being slow.
Colwill is the only one looking to create that final ball quickly. We need another like minded player and you'll see gaps created (but a cm) so they can have more of an influence.

I thought we created quite a few chances & one or two were virtually tap ins, no way Etete should have missed the one he sent into orbit when it was easier to score.

Nether of Etete's best chances were tap ins but the one he sent over the bar he should have done better with. Etete has just been given his first proper run in the side. He is young, raw and we have to be patient. He's certainly got something about him and is getting in the right positions. Its very hard to be positive at the moment because of the poor run we are on but we're not in a hopeless position at all. Only goal difference separates four teams above the relegation zone. We have been competitive in all 3 games since the restart and should have won the last two. Colwill if he stays fit will be a real positive in the second half of the season.

Be fucked if i would make a run if i was a forward with all the slow pointless tossing around between the goalie, centre halfs and the two defensive central midfielders. How do you get any go-forward ball when either on of the CM is constantly receiving the ball back to the goal just to lay it off again?

It is just all risk and obviously no reward because we can't score

He’s not a sporty person, never really taken to any sports and I’d hoped the buzz would suck him in. How wrong was I.

The first half had 0 shots from either side, it was a fire game which also ended 0-0 I think, and he wasn’t interested at all, but neither was anyone else in the ground!

At least today there was a few moments we could have won it. I don’t think we will catch the leaders now, I’m not delusional. Second is the best we can hope for
