The Daily Mail report the EFL are ready to offer a 3rd promotion place to the National League

They say 'any change to the EFL’s promotion & relegation system would need approval from a simple majority vote of the clubs & will not be implemented until next season at the earliest'

Would surely mean 3 down from L2 as well. May not be a bad idea. I'm sure the National league clubs would be on board with this.
