MARK HUDSON:
Hudson on embargo latest
Hudson continued to toe the party line when it comes to the club's hopes of overturning the transfer embargo under which Cardiff have been placed.
With the straightest of bats, when asked about the embargo on Friday morning, Hudson replied: "There's lots going on behind the scenes. We are in the process, it's with the lawyers and the chairman, they are fighting away to try and get the embargo lifted.
"If we have a window, we do, if we don't, we don't. We've got the players we've got and I trust them. They know us as a coaching group and it's something we are looking to develop.
“We have a quality squad and a big squad, what will be will be we are good enough anyway.”
"You look at the likes of Kion [Etete], who has developed since he has come in and taken his opportunity. We have good players in the building."
