I feel terribly sorry for the players at the moment who will be under terrible pressure to get results.
They must have known things behind the scenes were not good and negativity was sure to creep in. Our main problem for a long time is the absence of a goal scorer.
We did have one in Moore and sold him for peanuts after Mad Mick asked him to play up front every game with 3 defenders on his back and nobody to support him because we just lumped it up to him.
Oh for a charismatic manager like Malky and Warnock. Whether you liked or disliked them for whatever reasons you had - and I liked them much - when they came into the job they immediately said they would get promotion. And they did. In case of Nalky he said bollocks to top 6, he wanted top 2 and automatic. And he did.

Just more regurgitated stuff here and the 'pressure' on our players is no more than at any other club. All we ask is they put in the effot, which they do, and do the job they are paid for
The politics at our club is way above/about the players
What I would say though, is that a quality manager with Championship experience could easily turn this talented group into contenders (this season or next) with the addition of a proper striker to compliment those forwards we already have
Sadly, after plenty of games in charge now, Mark Hudson has shown his lack of experience and in-game nouse to be the one to guide us forward

Agree with most of this Sven. What is clear is that true City supporters are hurting

Chris been saying for ages that Hudson doesn't have the experience to get the best out of the squad and tactically he is unsure what is required to win games but Saturday was most consistent performance attacking wise probably all season. Just lacked the finishing.... let's hope he continues with similar team tactics and not go back to defensive minded approach like previously.....
This is not a bad squad certainly not as bad as some are saying ... I agree better manager and we could be up top end of league unquestionably.
