Stick, twist or fold !

After a long telephone conversation today from someone who used to be high up with all cardiff city things .

What should tan do ?

Stick with the model he's doing atm ? .
Twist and put more money in and restructure his top team at the club .or
Fold and consolidate his losses and sell up .?

I must admit I think he should twist and replace dalman amd choo .

Fold- His apathy has cascaded throughout the club

No one should chase their losses, he just has to admit he is not very good at running an EFL football club.

Tourism is picking up again so his core business will recover but its time to cash in the chips

Wez its simply he must sell up to completely new owners... sticking is relegation model... twisting bit difficult unless embargo and all owed money is paid... so best get out while going is ok and in championship.

I'd see that (your choice) as the first step in any repairation, Wez; but I believe it will eventually be the latter

I wouldn’t have a problem with Tan staying as owner as long as he changed a few things, eg. get shot of Dalman, Choo, get in a DOF, DJ would be my choice and let the experts run the club.

Choo is CEO and I believe he does a decent job. He does nothing about decision making and running the club with Tans say so.

Tan has the last word in every single thing so saying Choo should go and Tan staying makes zero sense.

Dalman, in my opinion, is a greasy little snake who cares nothing about our club.

Tan did wonders for our club, he had his ups of appointing Malky and Neil for the promotions to the Premier League and of course he had his downfalls in the rebrand, the after effects from relegation to the championship and the current situation we find this club in where everything is done on the cheap and digging his heals in the thick mud of the Sala situation.

So with this I think Tan should just do the right thing settle the Sala situation then walk away from this club. Because I know for sure if Tan is to pay in the full amount then our club wont have a penny to spend at the end of it all. A new owner would have fresh ideas pump cash into transfers and give the club an energy boost to the top in quality.

If we were to be relegated then this will only just confirm Tan's exit plan alongside the whole board.

Not supporting tan by any means but if you'd put millions into something would you walk away and lose it?

Sam has money but the money Tan wants Sam wouldnt be able to keep us going , I don't blame tan for his stance why would you sell cheap but if he stays on he needs to restructure and put a little bit more money in .
