Colwill came back, came on Saturday, enough to start?

We have to manage the group and see what we can do with selection. He has missed a lot of football. He is someone we don’t want to risk.

There is a plan for every individual.

There is an importance on every day. The players are all driving to get on the pitch. They have got to earn the right to get in the team, everyone is trying to do that.

Manage the group?? Bullshit, it’s about time Hudson gave Rubin a run of games.

I am not sure we can afford to give anyone a run of games. If we don't win then we need to look at why and then attempt to remedy the defect(s). That may or may not be because Colwill has not made the contribution required or expected. Everyone should have to prove they deserve their place in the team for every game.

Are you Hudson? The midfield is clearly not working and he comes up with we have to manage the group. What a load of bollocks. Our most creative midfielder and he gives him 5 minutes of game time or sometimes nothing, Colwill needs a run of games, Cardiff City need Colwill to have a run of games and so do we.
If we are not careful we will lose him.

I tend to agree. I’m a fan of Colwill but we need to see him over a sustained period of time in the first team.

Having said that, what none of us know is the state of Colwill’s fitness/conditioning. What nobody wants is for him to start and then get injured again and the whole process starts again.

So for now I’ll trust Hudson but a decision needs to be made as to his future.

If Hudson isn’t going to use him then maybe we need to sell him to generate some funds ? I don’t see the point of keeping him if he isn’t going to play.

I understand what you’re saying but it’s so frustrating not seeing him on the pitch, I agree we don’t know his fitness or condition but surely if there was a problem along those lines then Wales wouldn’t have called him up to the World Cup squad and neither play him as sub against England, I think there’s a lot more to it than fitness and Hudson is not the first manager to ignore him so it seems.

This is a better post than your first one and I agree with this.
Everyone wants to see Colwill play, he’s been with Wales so surely he’s been training every day even if he isn’t match fit yet.

I’m hoping we’re going to give him at least 20 - 30 minutes, second half today.

You'll be lucky! At least on the bench but Hudson isn't ambitious enough to play hom for longer than 10mins incase he plays well and be forced to play him from start next game..

Definitely not that! O'dowda is though? so why does Hudson insist on playing them out of position?
