Are Cardiff City under a Transfer Embargo?

Regarding Emiliano Sala case , No More appeals after Supreme Court in Switzerland say No to Hierarchy.

Also suddenly Hudson does not need to strengthen our squad near the bottom of the Championship l?

Maybe we should wait until we get official notice that club as been sanctioned not speculate that we are already in an embargo just because manager says hes happy with squad? Yes we need a striker in January but until the January window closes or we've officially got transfer embargo we wont know
if not getting anyone do let's try concentrate on the here and now "Saturdays game" just wishful thinking. On my part.. :o :?

Very disingenuous to make the title as if it's a fact when you're just asking the question. Just a ? at the end of the title would make the world of difference, talk about fake news. Did I somehow end up on that spammer Daya's website?

Listening carefully to Hudson's interview he says ' We will focus on what weve got and we will look at what we can and cant do in January.'
That's not ruling out transfer business from that statement. I think he is also right to say it's a new squad of 17 players that it still needs time to gel. Its also the first game back after 3 weeks and hes trying to be positive about the players we have. It's quite a leap to say transfer embargo from that press conference.

For me Hudson joins the list of cheap inexperienced puppets and No one can argue about all our last managers except fo Warnock.

That’s why every season lately we struggle.

I was confident we'd finish mid table but now I'm starting to worry about being relegated...

It's not about football, it's about the owner and the board's actions, not inspired with confidence.

I hope I'm wrong :banghead: :ayatollah:

Can somebody please point me to anywhere confirming we’re under a transfer embargo ?

Asking whether we are does not make it “Breaking News”.

My comment on that is, it’s nearly 30 games including friendlies , Cup and league games, even Morison said they had jelled well after pre-season.

Anyway a win at Stoke will help.

It’s funny the same two.

The other one pops up with the same shit.

When I said three years ago that Sala was our player and was registered, I got skated beyond , but guess what you’ve all forgotten to say I was right then.

Let’s just see shall we.

At least if I get it wrong I hold my hands up , don’t cowardly disappear.

That’s absolute rubbish and you know it !!

I’ve said right from the start that the club would have to go through many court cases to get to the point they are at now.

You didn’t “KNOW” that Sala was our player. You just guessed that he was, fair enough your guess was right.

The fact that the club was allowed to appeal shows that there was an arguable case otherwise there would not have been leave to appeal.

I haven’t disappeared so why are you saying that ? Seems a bit weird to me.

I’ll give you something for to come back at me in the future here: I will be very surprised if the club have to pay the £15m from out of their own pockets. They may have initially but my GUESS is that they will get that back from a set of insurers at some point.

Yes I did as I said back then I knew he was registered with the Welsh FA.
I also said that he had not been registered as a Premier player.

We did not need to have all these cases once again. No wonder we are skint.

Short memories.

That’s exactly what you were saying back then, no one knew, well I did and stated it and you and the usual suspects said different.

I didn’t know whether he was registered and I never claimed either way ! Why are you making that up ? My opinion was that he may not have been and there was clearly doubt over that, you can’t just start a case in civil litigation and get all the way to a trial without there being an arguable case, in any type of dispute.

If it was that clear cut why didn’t CAS throw the case out by way of summary judgment ? Because, there was an arguable case that’s why. So whilst in your mind it was clear it wasn’t clear to CAS.

I stick by my assertion that it won’t be the club that pays for this ultimately.

NO NO Our local media was putting out what Dalma wanted.
I stand by what I have said from the beginning he was registered with Welsh FA but not with the Premiership and the hierarchy kept saying that the form was not filled in properly correct , but only half a story as it was the Premiership side.

More shit was put out via the media.

Remember to me, The hierarchy are not my club.
I love my club, not them for years I have despised what they have done with our club.

It's not sarcasm Annis it's purely my views on here.
Look how many posts and how I've contributed over the years.

I debate plenty but to be honest it's nearly always on the football not the politics or constant guesswork, rumour and speculation on the political threads.

Let's look forward to getting back to the football then we can debate, moan and discuss Lol

I'm far from being the only one who mentions the constant negativety on here
