Annis the club has a lease, if Mike Ashley thinks he can break the lease he is in for a big surprise.

technically defunked? Lease is 31yrs cant imagine Ashley bought the buisness without knowing if lease was air tight? Obviously now wants it to end after season is over to set a new lease at higher rate than present one? Horrible man that he is no wonder ncastle fans hated him.

That's not true Ashley bought the stadium company out of administration, so basically ant lease will still stand .

That's ok wasnt sure of the process? but still begs question why does Ashley think he can change the lease? Or is the eviction an idle threat to try make them negotiate a new one? Ashley is no mug regarding such things.
