Isaak Davies stepped up his long-awaited return from injury after starting for City's under-21s against Wolves on Saturday.
The forward hasn't seen a single minute of first team action this season after picking up a knee injury in the summer, but played out 45 minutes for the under-21s as they slumped to a frustrating 1-0 defeat.
Commenting on his return, the Welshman tweeted: "Been a long 7 months out. Felt so good being back out there."

But while the return of Davies was a huge positive, boss Darren Purse wasn't happy with yet again another defeat and the level of his side's performance, with Fraser Harper's goal proving enough to condemn the young Bluebirds to defeat.
