My Mistake, City now play away to Wolves next week in the cup

The reason I queried it was the cup is divided into 8 groups of four, and each team plays each other home and away, the top two teams in each group go forward to a knockout format as per the champions league.
Cardiff are in group H with Wolves, Reading, and Sunderland, wolves are top, played 3 won 3, Cardiff and reading are second and third played 4 won 2, and both have + 1 goal difference, Sunderland played 3 but have lost 3
