It truly doesn't matter that Wales lost to England, as the USA made sure the option to progress was taken off the table by beating Iran...

What truly matters is that Wales were there in the first place and one of our players (and some former) had the opportunity for game time on the world stage...

An incredible run from Wales, whose squad may well have been a year or two past their best; but an historic and proud achievement that sees Wales pin-pointed on the map and people (even in the USA) realising 'Wales' is not a region of England
