"There was no fear there (from the USA) - they didn't care they were playing England. It was a case of 'this is how WE play'.

"That kind of identity is what Wales need to find again, not just for this game but for after their World Cup is over.

"So we might see a different game plan here from Rob Page, where it might be more of a containment job to begin with. We have got to be defensively solid and organised, and then look to hit England on the break.

"England have struggled down the years to break down teams that sit with a low block and make it difficult for them. Wales can do that but they also have to hurt them. The ball will probably go up to Kieffer Moore, and from there out to the wide players and our runners."

to sit hold and hit them on the break
while we are deciding whether we come out of defence in the first 5 minutes we could be a goal down

Wales have put three passes together twice mind then kicked it in to touch zero pressing while sat back watching england passing about for fun. Nothing more than I expected tbh and there goals are coming.

The worst part of this world cup for me isn't that we lost games and are out but that we went down without even putting up a fight & what looked like a total lack of effort & passion from the whole team. We were always triers, crap but at least the players tried & made an effort but this has just been lackluster.

I have no doubts it's way we set up thats caused problems all 3 games have had same game plan? But today we only got ourselves to blame poor play by defenders and ward cost us the goals...... what next for page ? He certainly isnt going anywhere having just signed contract but he as hot to trust the youngsters to perform and not put them in straight jacket like he is at moment.. because his tactics are not working ... I think its only one clean sheet in 13 games before WC.
