I think it was more a, "may be sanctions". There was a stand off and the associations folded like a pack of cards. Would have rather they tested FIFA's mettle.

Heard enough of FIFA and Qatar fighting back with statements of respecting their laws. All the nations were INVITED guests. The respect therefore should be the other way around.

Not like the associations are visiting tourists which would then make their stance slightly more plausible.
