not one commented on wales but they went to Bradford to talk to mark hughes Bradford manager and whilst been interview about bradford he was asked about wales which lasted about 40 sec
Back to the studio nobody commenting and they moved on to other topic

Even in the interest of fairness and concidering its a 1st in 60 odd years for wales i undestand english want to talk england but even if the scots and irish where there and had the same as wales airtime i would be jumping for them.

I remember watching the 66 final, their best team was the 1970 squad when Alf Ramsay gave Germany the game. Ever since then what they were'nt going to do was nobody's business. In 1990 tour around London on an open air bus
after losing a semi final ??? As one ex German international said it was embarrassing what on earth are they thinking. Three Lions blah blah. Unfortunately they cannot help themselves. Truth be known if the Argentian captain Ratan had not been sent off in the quarter final in 1966 they would have lost. We had a parade after Euro 2016 which I found strange we had not won anything, played well and punched above our weight with guts a nation of 3.2 million we done well...but we won nothing. It is nearly 60 years since the three lions won anything. The media have a lot to answer for with this crap.

The difference between them and us is they always get easy ride to qualify ... whilst for us getting to euro semi final was quit an achievement so deserved some sort recognition for effort players put in.. may been bit ott but no one was complaining thats for sure

It's not worth talking about anymore, it is just so obvious how bias NATIONAL broadcasting is.

It clarifies why the other UK countries rightly see how English centric everything is.

It's not even the opinions. I understand English commentators or royalty will support England. It's all about the balance in reporting or the total lack of forethought before speaking.

Take Prince William, I have no issue with his support of England, I have an issue that it never even crossed his or his assistants mind to THINK it may not look good over the border in Wales. I don't want his support, I want the recognition that we are also in the World Cup.

To show how far and wide it goes. Ansley Harriet has a World Cup Food show, representing England Glenn Hoddle, representing Wales the drumming weatherman who admits to knowing nothing about football. At one point in the show they had a toast to England doing well in the World Cup....... and that was it.

National broadcasting shows its's true colurs at times like this.

I am for a United Kingdom but bloody hell this shit doesn't half make you feel a sway towards independence.

Well said i have said befote the english need to look at it from our side its not a case if us moaning minnies its just sickening and annoyung as a licrnce holder of tv etc and newspapers we forget it and the english want the uk to always get behind england they have an oppurtunity to include us after 60 yeats away.

They do outnumber us 20 to 1 though.

We have our own dedicated channel, not sure how interested the 95% are in if Mark Harris has acclimatised yet.

And they have 15 regional BBC channels to our one. Its the National made programmes that need to just think a little bit more.

I'm not asking for parity in airtime, I'm asking for awareness that we are also there.

I will say Gary Lineker and the BBC Sport Productions do seem to get it right.

You should see the crap on twitter from England fans who took offence because Ben Davies spoke Welsh on NATIONAL BBC in the Wales montage earlier.

There is a simple explanation they are worried that a smaller more popular and in their eyes a more inferior home nation have the players and the togetherness to cause and upset and beat them. Hence the ignoring of our boys
