Bottom of the Championship goals chart with 17 goals in 21 games and a top scorer who has 3 goals.
When domestic football returns after the World Cup, what would your solution be to improve this? Do you have suggested achievable signings or changes to formations/style of play?

Annis Looking at that table it's a league with low goals scored and not that many strikers getting the goals more like spread between the team especially at top end.... goes to show that we badly need an out and out striker and players willing to try and score instead of passing al the time when in shooting position and our position will improve dramatically.... jan window will probably determine what happens rest season

Very true on both accounts Allan.
But on the the 3rd account I don’t hold my breath as they knew we needed an out and striker for 10 months.
But they will probably sign someone and the local media will make out he is a future star again lol

That's what my beef was about the whole situation in window..... yes we had money restrictions put on manager but they were free to use their judgement and as I pointed out they simply sighn one less player and used the extra money to get the one player we desperately needed a striker? Morison had no excuse not to get one in instead buys a no10 last minute! good as he may be he is not an out and out striker of hougill type.... if we only got someone like that we wouldn't be where we are as the table shows 6 extra points and would be near top 6 surely a proper forward would have got us at least 6points if not more going on our general performances..

firstly i think Robinson will end the season in double figures. he looks like a natural striker, however our formation is slightly killing it. we play 433, very narrow. i would personally change to a 4231. two holding midfielders, Wintle and would probably have Rimamotah play there. i'd have Rubin as a number 10, further forward, looking to feed balls either in behind the defence, or into the channels. i'd have Sparky playing one wing, and Philogene play the other wing, but i'd drill it into them to stay wide. everytime i've seen us, we offer no width, as the two wide men, come way to narrow, which is killing us

We do need width but we also need to support our lone striker.

I cant see us signing a striker of any significance in Jan - therefore we are looking at a bottom 6 finish. If things dont change and Hudson continues his run of bad luck - we are down. The stats dont lie , we cant score and we concede too easily - there is only one outcome in a situation like that - but no one wants to call it out.
