I also think he was being told who to play from upstairs aswell, as Ben Turner said, the squad would get announced in the week, and then all of a sudden it would change, players who had played well, would be dropped for someone else. he sounds like someone who had no backbone

I think OGS used the “Tan is picking the side” as an excuse so he didn’t have front up.

We’ve had some c;:p managers over the years but he was up there with the worst !! Clueless, spineless, frivolous and useless who wouldn’t even stand by his decisions.

Some of his signings and the way he treated players (e.g. Hudson, Cala, etc.) was embarrassing.

it wasn't Ole saying someone else was picking the squad, it was players who said they think someone else was, Ben Turner i'm sure it was on Undr the Cosh, said, the lads would play brilliant, and then all week work on shape and formation and then the day before the game, it would be, oh yeah, your now out of squad and Cala is playing instead of you, or this lad is playing instead now.
