MY VIEW / OPINION:TONIGHT WAS CARDIFF’S CHANCE TO GET A

Tue Nov 08, 2022 9:36 pm

MY VIEW / OPINION:

TONIGHT WAS CARDIFF’S CHANCE TO GET ANOTHER 3PTS & SCORE THE GOALS V THE WORST DEFENCE IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP BUT CARDIFF CONCEDED 3 GOALS AS AS MARK HUDSON GOT AS ANNOUNCED AS CARDIFF'S NEW MANAGER BY VINCENT TAN

3PTS BADLY DROPPED

THIS WAS AWFUL TONIGHT AFTER SUNDERLAND AWAY

NOT GOOD AT ALL

And that's 5 defeats in the last 7 games....shocking.

FIRST-HALF:Cardiff sadly were outplayed and looked awful  Cardiff City 0-1 Hull City (Pelkas 4)
Hull go ahead. A tap-in.
Hull took control for long periods.

SECOND-HALF: GOAL! Cardiff City 1-1 Hull City (Robinson 47) :bluebird: :bluebird:
Goal! Robinson!

Hull the architects of their own downfall there. Baxter plays it short to Seri, who was pressed by Ralls and the ball falls to Robinson in the box. He swivels, shoots and scores! What a howler from Hull.

GOAL! Cardiff City 2-1 Hull City (Whyte 62) :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:
Goal! Whyte heads home!

GOAL! Cardiff City 2-2 Hull City (Slater 76)
Goal. Slater drills one in from 20 yards.

GOAL! Cardiff City 2-3 Hull City (Slater 77)
Goal. Slater again. Incredible.

The Tigers man is found with a low hard cross and converts expertly first time. Cardiff capitulating.

An awful first half by Cardiff, actually outplayed by Hull

So disappointed after Saturday, pretty dismal display to be fair.

A very immature performance from us.

A dreadful first half, some hope in the 2nd only to go and blow it in 2 minutes.

The word frustrating is being heard more and more and its reflecting through the club.

Just how can we be so bad after being so good especially against a side like hull who are no great shakes.. really frustrating performance again... seems to be this seasons by word. :banghead:

Disgraceful defeat. Handing a relegation rival 3 points on a plate at home when winning. Appalling. We just cant draw games. Ten defeats is unacceptable. Kipre and Wintle hugely missed but Hudson got his subs wrong tonight. Hate to single him out but Ojo should have been hooked. What's the betting we'll lose again at the weekend and be in the relegation zone for the world cup. Angry tonight. Not acceptable Hudso n.

Annis said during game they we not a good side they played short passes were accurate with them but honestly looked jittery all night at back and we simply didn't capitalise on this... to my mind it was bad tactics from Hudson
thinking they lost their best striker they wouldn't be a threat... really poor from city missed opportunity to get close to playoffs instead back to 18th

There's a good few players like Nelson, Ng, Sawyers, Ojo ect need to hand themselves in to the local police station on the way home for fraud as there impersonating professional footballers. There like Sunday league beer belly hungover players playing on dogshit filled pitches.

Honest a god that was f*cking embarassing. The bus full of Hull fans must be thinking wtf did they just watch.

Dreadful full stop but I expected a stay up struggle this season so just another game

It seems some players gone backwards like ojo ffs never seen a player refuse to pass to team mate so many times tonight... let's hope Hudson sees this and have a shake up Saturday but another lost opportunity to build on Saturday against a poor side but another disappointing result/display

so frustrating, tactically we were inept. why do we have wingers, if we insist they play soo narrow. our full backs where our width. thats to easy to defend against, the amount of times, we were calling for someone to run the channel, and Ojo had wandered into the centre of the pitch is frustrating.

Ojo has been awful. No idea what has happened to him. Sawyers is the most disappointing for me. I really can't see it getting any better for us.

^^^ This. Are we really surprised? We’re reaping the rewards of Tans lack of investment.

Its funny just when think it's going right way we get a performance like tonight why? It's been a feature of performances under Hudson he just doesnt have confidence to keep playing same way? Tonight I felt he started out not to concede because they lost their striker he thought we would win without pressure on their back line ... totally opposite to Sunderland game and thats happened b previous games.

Dont understand the first 45 mins, it was like they played together for the first time after a year off football.

Dont understand Ojo and Sawyers, i dont like to slag my own players off but they were useless. Just did nothing and offer nothing.

Shame thought Nelson was having a good game up untill he made decision to go in past half way line, but for there last 2 goals why didnt anyone foul? They just let Hull get away with anything. We made no attempt to get stuck in or anything, played like f*cking pussies

I’m happy for a takeover but screaming “Tan Out” is pointless until somebody meets Tan’s valuation. That clearly hasn’t happened so we have what we have.

Are you seriously expecting Tan to walk away for £50-60m given his outlay !!?? Dream on.

From a constructive perspective, replace Ojo, Sawyers, Ralls and Nelson with Philogene, Colwill, Wintle and Kipre and we have a chance but some of our players have to find consistency from somewhere !!

I still do not know what just happened, it was schoolboy stuff.

Sawyers can not press, if an amateur fan like me can see what the hell is our management team doing, but we got so cocky at 2-1 and all started bombing forward. Do we have to start with Neil because i just don;t get what the hell we are doing with him, he is obviously under instruction not to get caught out of position but if you take running away whats the point, then O'Dowda at full back.

I said we were improving under Hudson because i thought Morison was a fraud, but I wanted someone who has actually achieved stuff in the game not just be here at the right time.

If you look at performances and results with Hudson in charge its almost as if he doesnt want to risk a result after winning a game? He simply goes into a shell like tonight after great performance Saturday he plays a defensive formation " not for 1st time" of 1 attacking player instead of the successful two in previous winning games.
O'dowda is a point in question why in defence when hes a winger? Even after going ahead we stopped going forward allowing them space to do what they liked..... come Saturday we probably win but that's pointless because we lost tonight so losing any
Momentum we had it's just back to square one for umpteenth time this season

Poor has it can get tonight!
Porous defence Ojo, swayers ?? Dock their wages or pay them up awful!
Allsop ??
Get the kids back in from last season get some fight and passion back in the club!
Bagan, colwill, harris and davies to name a few. Cant be any worse than what was on the field tonight.

I thought he would of kept the style we played vs Sunderland, yea we were still shit in possesion and finals balls crap, too many touches etc but atleast we were trying.

We get a home game and do f**k all for 70 minutes
