Mark Hudson has been given the managers job till at least Xmas.

"We've brought in Dean Whitehead. He's a very good coach and a very good human being.”
"I didn't want to rush into a decision. Dean has a lot to add to our coaching unit."
Whitehead is 40yrs old and been an assistant manager at two previous clubs Shrewsbury Town and was On 25 November, Whitehead and Ricketts were relieved of their duties with the club sitting 23rd in League One with just 9 points from a possible 33.
Joined Besiktas in July 2022 this year and left three months later.

Totally uninspiring appointment. I believe I am a good human being too but could I get us out of the situation...could I feck

A worrying appointment to be honest I really hope I am wrong but I think by Xmas we are going to be in trouble and be to late for a decent manager to save us I think Tan and co have gone to far this season and we will not get out of this mess as we have for last few seasons.
I really hope I am wrong I hate seeing anyone fail and would love Hudson and whitehead turn City in a strong team at the top half of the championship but really worried to be honest all I can see is a fight at the bottom.

So does this mean whitehead will be our boss after Xmas bit of a theme going with this club sack the manager and give it to his assistant .

Hes following what all managers do and picks a trusted 2nd lieutenant? So on that basis Hudson is next full time coach.

That’s way I see it. If Hudson has been allowed to bring in an assistant coach he must have been given some sort of contract.
