Sorry but I’m starting to get really pi$$ef off at everything ccfc atm. Didn’t go tonight as off to Spain tomorrow early morning and didn’t want to get a soaking tbh. Feel so bad for not going but the club needs a breath of life from somewhere / someone.

Dean Whitehead is 40yrs old and been an assistant manager at two previous clubs Shrewsbury Town and was on 25 November 2021, Whitehead and Ricketts were relieved of their duties with the club sitting 23rd in League One with just 9 points from a possible 33.

Joined Besiktas in July 2022 this year and left three months later.

Whitehead joined the coaching staff at League Two side Port Vale in July 2021 as part of director of football David Flitcroft's summer overhaul; manager Darrell Clarke said that Whitehead "is definitely someone our squad can look up to". Having helped Vale to win promotion at the end of the 2021–22 season, he moved to Turkey in July 2022 to coach alongside Adam Murray at Süper Lig champions Beşiktaş.

That part of his coaching career seems quite positive to me. Strange that it was left out of your post - must have been a mistake.

How about we give him a chance and have some faith in Hudson's decision?
