MY VIEW / OPINION:
A DESERVED EARLY LEAD BY THE BLUEBIRDS / BUT SOME SLOPPY DEFENDING ON BOTH GOALS GAVE WATFORD THE 3PTS.
3pts dropped at home and still stuck just above the relegation zone, City now travel away to Sunderland this Saturday.
A very empty stadium tonight for the Bluebirds and a very slippery pitch for both sides.
My man of the match Philogene

Mark Harris started with strikers Watters and Etete on the bench.
Once again some good football by Cardiff, but they need some quality strikers, otherwise they will continue to play games like this and come away with nothing.
FIRST -HALF: Cardiff started really well, Cardiff City 1-0 Watford (Kipre 9)

Goal! Kipre scored to put Cardiff into the lead and it's no less than they deserve. Excellent opening 10 minutes. Ralls floats a ball into the box and Kipre, unmarked, powers it home with his head.
Minutes later Kipre had to clear the ball of his own line

Watfords pressure paid of: Cardiff City 1-1 Watford (Sierralta 38)

What a sloppy goal Goal to concede . Sierralta heads in from the corner.
SECOND-Half: Cardiff started brightly again, but faded fast and became sloppy:
Cardiff City 1-2 Watford (Sarr 59)
Goal. Sarr heads in from the corner. It had been coming.

Cardiff did battle to the end, but not really threatening Watford

Cardiff finished the game the stronger team, but it was just not enough
