Mark Hudson on injuries:

‘Rubin had an opportunity to get out and train on the grass with the physios today, which is good news. We’ve got a plan for him to carry on training now. Also, Isaak has had some kinetic testing and Ebou Adams has been back in training too.’

More than ridiculous. These were supposed to be back weeks ago. Smokescreen. This Is telling you now it’s after the World Cup providing there are no setbacks/niggles etc Half a season gone. Pampered beyond measure. Perhaps this is why Morrison was do pissed off with Colwill. Wonder if the physios themselves get niggles? Still they are on the grass as part of ‘the group’.

Do you actually read before you post?

Each one of those has had their position clarified by the club, none more so than Rubin Colwill...

Have a 'pop' by all means if you must, but at least come in from a position of (even some) knowledge of the real situation

One false start will set any plsyer back weeks or months, as we've seen all too often, so let the medical staffs get it right and we may see the benefit long term... :ayatollah: :bluebird:

I do love modern-day footballing medical parlance.

"Also, Isaak has had some kinetic testing’

I was waiting for a delivery so was bored and looked up Kenetic testing

What Does Kinetic Testing Mean?
Kinetic testing is a method used by a qualified medical practitioner or physical therapist to check whether or not joints are functioning properly. It is performed by the therapist touching the joint area and then asking the patient to move in specific ways. This allows the therapist or physical to feel the movement of the joint under specific conditions and tell if the joint is moving incorrectly. This can be helpful after an injury or when a patient complains of joint pain to assess the health of the joint. Kinetic testing is often called by a specific test name referring to the joint being tested, such as the stock test for the SI joint.
.

So we just prodded and manipulated Issac and asked him how that felt.....I thought that's what Physio's do anyway :?

isn't our fitness coach the former rugby coach guy this year ? maybe down to him and his methods.
really keen to see Adams though, playing alongside Wintle, might offer us alot of stability in the middle of the pitch
