Have I missed something. Last I heard was about a month ago and he was back on the grass. Any ideas?

He had an operation on his shoulder, you'd think he was a brickie the length of his absence, makes little sense to me

That’s exactly what I said last week. Some players lengthy absence is utterly ridiculous. For 3 players nearly half a season gone.

Problem is we push players too quickly. And it gives knock backs.
Remember when earnie come on the scenes? Started the same way as colwill. It's all about managing them. Everyone is different.

Are you serious? Push them back too quickly???? Nearly half the season has gone!! Our medical team are ridiculous. Still they justify their jobs.

You simply do not give someone 2 weeks off and say your fit get back on pitch? Would you employ someone to look after players health/fitness then ignore them when say players not fit? In case of Adams you hurt your shoulder what's the most common thing a player does on pitch? Fall on shoulder when goes over! Agree it seems long time but players out for 12wks+ is not unusual with such injuries .
