The £245 million debt accumulation and he is still viewed by a few as a good owner, despite also receiving hundreds of millions through promotions and Wembley and so on.
Dalman and Co are owed between them over £50 million
An average of £20 million debt added per year during his 12 years here.

So he reduced the debt by £68 million in 2016, then by a further £79 million in 2018 which he created himself.
So we could have been in £256.5 million debt in total. He has owned us 12 years.
That is an accumulation of over £20 million per year. We have managed that with two visits to the Premier League.
Do you still think he is a good owner though as he has lied once again the debt is not all to him it’s now £50mill to others on interest.

Just to clarify , the debt to equity conversions were not £68m plus £79m but £79m in total between two coversions.
Also , the maximum gross debt over the years has been just over £150m , nowhere near £265m, nad has been considerably below that £150m since the debt conversions
